What is Core Mat for Infusion & RTM?
Core mat is a type of core material suitable for composite parts with complex shapes and strict thickness control requirements.
It is composed of polyester non-woven fibers mixed with micro-foam particles, embossed with regular hexagonal honeycomb textures on the surface. It is specially designed for vacuum infusion and RTM closed-mold processes.
Currently, the most well-known product on the market is the Soric series from Lantor.
Our Core Mat for Infusion & RTM is developed as a cost-effective alternative to Lantor Composites Soric® series, offering comparable processing performance for complex composite structures.
