Gypsum board with JLON coated glass facer can be used in Interior and exterior walls, elevator shafts, fire passages and other public places and residential places. It is water repellent, and does not shrink or expand when exposed to water. It is dimensionally stable and fire resistant.
Though aluminum foil facer is widely used as facing material for thermal insulation board, coated glass facer is becoming more and more popular.
JLON coated glass facer is suitable for veneer of insulation board, including polyurethane and polyisocyanurate board (PUR/PIR board), rockwool/mineral wool board, XPS. We adjust water absorption and air permeability according to needs of different clients. The bonding strength with the core material is high, and the finished product has high bending strength and excellent compressive strength.

Packaging and Storage of Coated Glass Facer
Roll packaging: PE plastic film
Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOTbe stacked in more than 2 layers.
This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in intact package when not used to avoid damp.

A: Usually a sample will be prepared within one week after specification agreed.
