Fiberglass fabric (plain weave) is made from high-strength E-glass fiberglass yarns. It is available in plain, twill, or satin weaves. This fabric offers excellent insulation, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and tensile strength. It is compatible with polyester, epoxy, and vinyl resins, and widely used in mica tape, fiberglass tape, and electrical insulation applications.
High intensity and quick wet-out
Perfectly customizable for design requirements
Anti-corrosion and excellent electrical insulation
High heat and flame resistance
Good fabric stiffness and flatness
Excellent pressure and temperature resistance
Superior tensile strength
Low density, low dielectric constant, and low dielectric loss
Supports mica paper in winding, ensures dimensional stability, and improves insulation performance under high temperatures.
Protects motor windings from thermal stress, vibration, and mechanical damage, extending motor lifespan.
