Introduction of Polyester Veil
With polyester veil, the absorption of resin is more sufficient, and a resin-rich layer is formed on the surface of the FRP to make the surface smooth and beautiful.
The use of polyester veil in the FRP process can significantly improve the appearance of the product, improve impact and wear resistance, improve corrosion resistance and weather resistance, and make FRP products suitable for more demanding environments.
Our polyester veil is produced using two processes—thermal bonding (hot-rolling) and spunlace. It features uniform fiber distribution and stable quality, and is also more worker-friendly during processing.

The spunlace process can reach a basis weight of up to 100 g/m², and customization is available based on specific requirements.
