Aramid Kevlar Honeycomb is the standard for lightweight non-metallic composite construction. Commercial Grade Kevlar honeycomb made with aramid fiber paper (aramid or equivalent) coated with heat resistant phenolic resin offers excellent resiliency, low density, lower pricing and high strength to weight ratio.
Ultra lightweight, aramid honeycomb used in sandwich constructions. Unlike metals, nomex honeycomb provides galvanic corrosion resistance (also against corrosion of metal inserts) and allows the use of carbon skins. Other definite advantages are low thermal expansion and conductivity and high heat and fire resistance. Its superior mechanical properties and high dimensional stability under heat and moisture make it suitable for a large variety of high-end applications.

Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOTbe stacked in more than 2 layers.
This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in intact package when not used to avoid damp.

A: Usually around 2-3 weeks after order confirmed. Exact delivery time depends on order quantity and Off-season/ busy season.
A: Offer TDS of each lot of production for confirmation before delivery.Once you have any quality problem, you can provide samples /pictures test data With our quality tracking system, we will give you feedback in short time. If the quality problem confirmed,we will send you replacement or make refund as you like.
