JLON surfboard fiberglass cloth is manufactured from high-quality E-glass yarn with professional silane surface finishing. Our exclusive surface treatment enables the fabric to become completely transparent once fully wet out by polyester or epoxy resin during surfboard glassing procedures.
We develop a full series of weave styles with stable high tensile strength, which can fully satisfy the strict production demands of professional surfboard factories, handmade board workshops and SUP paddleboard manufacturers worldwide. Two core weave structures are available: standard balanced weave and warp-enhanced reinforced weave, with multiple weight options ranging from 4oz to 7oz for different reinforcement positions on surfboards.

Standard balanced warp and weft density brings uniform tension in all directions. It features outstanding resin permeability and ultimate high transparency after resin soaking, which is the top choice for outer surface lamination of shortboards, longboards and regular paddleboards. Main models include 1522 (4oz) and 7533 (6oz).
This design upgrades warp yarn density to greatly improve longitudinal tensile strength and tear resistance. It is specially designed for high-stress areas such as board rails, stringer joints and edge wrapping to prevent cracking during long-term use. Classic models are 1521 (4oz) and 7534 (6oz).
1.7537 (5oz, 6/4 Combo): Mixed density design balances surface finish and structural strength, widely used for mid-layer lamination.
2.7532 (7oz): Thickened heavy-weight cloth exclusively customized for surfboard fin box reinforcement and fin installation.
