It offers an excellent balance of strength, stiffness, and weight reduction, making it suitable for marine, wind energy, transportation, and aerospace applications.
Available in densities from 45 kg/m³ to 200 kg/m³, JLON PVC Foam delivers outstanding fatigue resistance, consistent cell structure, and superior bonding performance with various resin systems.

1. Plain Sheet
Standard flat sheet without any machining, suitable for general lamination and hand lay-up applications.
2. Drill Sheet (Only with Hole)
Perforated foam sheet with through-holes to improve resin flow and bonding between laminate skins.
3. Groove Sheet
Foam sheet with machined grooves for optimized resin infusion and air evacuation.
Shallow Groove Sheet – One Side: Grooved on one side for single-surface infusion.
Shallow Groove Sheet – Two Sides: Grooved on both sides for balanced resin flow during infusion or RTM.
Deep Groove Sheet – Two Sides (Double Cut Sheet): Deep dual-side grooves providing superior resin channeling and faster infusion rates.
4. Groove and Drill Sheet
Combination of grooves and drilled holes for maximum resin distribution and mechanical bonding.
Shallow Groove and Drill Sheet – One Side: Grooved and drilled on one side for lightweight sandwich skins.
Shallow Groove and Drill Sheet – Two Sides: Both sides machined to ensure complete resin penetration through the core.
Deep Groove and Drill Sheet – Two Sides: Deep grooves and through-holes for high-thickness laminates or heavy-duty infusion processes.
5. Contoured Sheet with Hole
(Deep Groove and Drill Sheet – One Side with Scrim)
Thermoformed or CNC-shaped foam core with surface grooves, holes, and reinforcing scrim, designed for curved or complex composite structures requiring precise surface matching.
