Woven Roving is bidirectional fabric made by interweaving direct roving. Can be compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins. With high-performance reinforcement, widely used in hand lay up to manufacture boats, vessels, plane and automotive parts, furniture and sports facilities. The area weight is from 200g/m2 to 1200g/m2. The width is from 50mm-3000mm.

Woven roving fiberglass is a heavier fiberglass cloth with an increased fiber content derived from its continuous filaments. This property makes woven roving an extremely strong material that is often used to add thickness to laminates. Woven roving strength makes it a good choice for fiberglass boat hulls. It also wets out very easily, and is very strong when cured.
Shippment of Woven Roving
Woven roving can be slit to a certain width on request.Usually we call it woven roving tape.
Woven roving tape can be used for boat building,pultrusion and FRP products.
For pipe joints, typical weight is 270/360/580 g/m2.
Woven roving tape usually packed on pallets. Pallets should NOT be stacked in more than 5 layers.
A: Yes, We usually discuss with customers and help them find solutions.
A: Usually a sample will be prepared within one week after specification agreed.
A: Usually around 2-3 weeks after order confirmed. Exact delivery time depends on order quantity and Off-season/ busy season.
A: Offer TDS of each lot of production for confirmation before delivery.Once you have any quality problem, you can provide samples /pictures /test data. With our quality tracking system, we will give you feedback in short time. If the quality problem confirmed,we will send you replacement or make refund as you like.
A: Usually we do EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
