Introduction of Fiberglass Yarn:
Fiberglass yarns consist of a defined number of E-Glass filaments of a certain nominal diameter, brought together to form a yarn. The structure of the yarn is fixed and protected by a size and a slight twist, generally in Z-direction.
Our E-Glass fiberglass yarns are wound on hard paper/plastic bobbins and supplied in a "milk bottle" shape. The glass yarns can be also supplied on beams. The glass composition meets the certification for E-Glass as defined by ASTM's D578-00 Standard Specification for fiberglass filaments.
Consistent filament diameter for stable weaving performance
Excellent compatibility with epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resins
Low fuzz and high tensile strength for high-speed processing
Uniform sizing ensures good bonding with matrix materials
Available in multiple tex and twist options for different applications
Packages of Fiberglass Yarn:
Our normal packing is 24 bobbins/ctn,ctn size:49*33*29.5CM,640ctns/20GP without pallets.About 13t/20GP.

How to Read Fiberglass Yarn Specifications:
EC: E-glass continuous filament
9: filament diameter (μm)
68: tex (linear density)
Z/S: twist direction
1/0, 1/2: number of plies
Application of Fiberglass Yarn:
Electrical insulation materials (PCB, insulation tapes)
Fiberglass fabrics for composites (boats, tanks, pipes)
Braided sleeves and insulation tubing
Industrial sewing threads
Reinforcement for coatings and laminates
Choosing the correct yarn depends on your application:
For weaving fabrics → 68 tex / 136 tex yarns
For electrical insulation → finer yarns (EC5 / EC6)
For high-strength composites → multi-ply yarns
For high-speed processing → low fuzz, stable twist yarn
Reliable global supplier of composite materials
Stable production capacity and fast delivery
Technical support for application selection
Flexible customization based on customer requirements
