Green colored peel ply is a high-strength plain woven nylon PA66 fabric processed with professional washing and heat setting treatment, delivering stable structure and outstanding tensile strength. Our PL85 Nylon Peel Ply is a high-quality and cost-effective surface release fabric specially engineered for composite manufacturing. It is widely applicable for VARTM vacuum resin infusion, pultrusion and hand lay-up processes, featuring a clean, contamination-free surface and excellent release performance. Effectively assisting or even eliminating the need for sanding and surface abrading on composite laminates after demolding, PL85 peel ply greatly improves production efficiency and ensures a smooth, uniform surface finish of composite parts. We also provide adhesive-backed peel ply option for firmer and easier fixation during lamination, further optimizing the surface quality of finished products.
