High temperature films above 204 degrees are mainly used in the casting of lightweight shells such as carbon fiber, automotive carbon fiber, aircraft shells, high-speed rail shells, and aluminum alloy wood grain transfer for decoration, rail transportation, yachts, carbon fiber fishing rods and other sports products.
Currently, high temperature nylon is divided into 2 grades. 204 degrees Celsius and 230 degrees Celsius.
204 degrees Celsius has two colors: blue and green, and 230 degrees Celsius has green.
The maximum width can be 7 meters.
The conventional width is 1.5 meters/3 meters/4 meters

Storage and Opening Instructions of High Temperature Nylon Vacuum Bagging Film
It should be stored at approximately 23°C ± 3°C, with relative humidity within the range of 50% ± 5%.
The storage location should avoid: direct sunlight, sharp objects that could puncture the film, and other scenarios that could damage the film.
When using, open the packaging correctly, handle with care, and when peeling off the film, ensure the film surface does not come into contact with sharp objects.
Place it steadily and peel off quickly to minimise damage to the film surface caused by the film's own stress.

A: Usually a sample will be prepared within one week after specification agreed.
A: Usually around 2-3 weeks after order confirmed. Exact delivery time depends on order quantity and Off-season/ busy season.
