Silicone-coated fiberglass cloth (single-sided/double-sided options) is a high-performance, multi-purpose composite material. Made from high-strength, fire-resistant and high-temperature-resistant fiberglass base cloth, it is coated/calendered/impregnated with brand silicone rubber and cured by high-temperature vulcanization. With eco-friendly, flame-retardant and low-smoke formula, it features long-term temperature resistance up to 250°C (280°C short-term), along with heat resistance, anti-aging, insulation, weather resistance, chemical resistance, airtightness, corrosion/water/oil resistance, flexibility and easy processability. Retaining fiberglass’s advantages while adding unique properties, it outperforms ordinary coated fabrics.
1. Excellent temperature resistance: Suitable for temperatures ranging from -50°C (low) to 550°C (high)
2. No easy degumming at high temperatures, no easy embrittlement at low temperatures
3. Fire-retardant: No dripping when exposed to open flame, difficult to burn
4. Resistant to ozone, oxygen, light, and weathering; excellent outdoor durability
5. High electrical insulation performance
6. Good chemical corrosion resistance, oil resistance, waterproof sealing, and washable
7. High strength, strong adhesion, no easy peeling, no shedding during sewing
