What Is Vacuum Forming Process?

Introduction and classification of vacuum moulding process:

Vacuum process is through the sealing in the mould and vacuum bag between the preformed body, vacuum uniform pressure, so that the product is more dense, improve the fibre resin ratio and thus improve the mechanical properties.

Usually, the vacuum forming process is divided into two categories

1. Commonly known as dry vacuum bag process, that is, the vacuum resin introduction process, laying dry fibre, vacuum bag pressure and then introduced into the resin.

2.Commonly known as wet vacuum bag process, that is, the first laying of reinforcing materials containing impregnated resin, and then its vacuum typical representative of the prepreg process and hand-laid bag pressure process.
