Electronic cloth introduction:
Electronic cloth refers to the general term for electronic grade fiberglass cloth used in the electronic industry. It is a high-end product among electronic grade fiberglass fabrics. The main specifications include 7637,7630,7628,7615,1506,2116,2113,3313,1080,106,104, mainly used for the manufacturing of copper clad panels.
Electronic cloth application:
According to the IPCEG 140 standard issued by the United States in April 1988, this electronic grade fiberglass cloth has a total of 33 specifications: the thinnest one is called 104 cloth and its thickness is only 0.028mm; the heaviest one is called 7652 cloth, which can reach up to 25 2g/m2. These two specifications of electronic fabrics are not widely used in the electronics industry. There are three common specifications of electronic fabrics in the electronic industry: The largest usage is 7628 cloth, with a thickness of 0.173mm and a unit area mass of 204.4 g/m2; Next is 2116 cloth, with a nominal thickness of 0.094m m m and a unit area mass of 102g/m2; The slightly less used one is 1080 cloth, with a nominal thickness of 0.053mm and a unit area mass of 46.8g/m2
Printed circuits are a high-tech field in the electronics industry, and multi-layer printed circuit boards are the most representative, vibrant, and promising category in printed circuits. Currently, multi-layer boards are developing towards high precision, high density, high performance, microporosization, thinning, and high-level development.
Electronic cloth also can be used in composite field, for example, FRP pipe, surfboard cloth. Main type for this field is 1521(4 oz warp enhanced), 1522(4 oz standard), 7533(6 oz standard), 7534(6oz warp enhanced). These kinds of surfboard fiberglass cloth is plain weave fabric with sizing ensuring complete transparency when wetted out with resin.
