Introduction of Quartz Fiber Cloth

Quartz fiber cloth is a high-performance inorganic woven fabric manufactured from continuous high-purity quartz fiber yarns. Adopting professional plain, twill, and satin weaving techniques, our SJ108 series quartz fiber fabric features ultra-high silica purity, extreme temperature resistance, low dielectric loss, excellent wave permeability and stable physical and chemical properties. Different from ordinary fiberglass and high-silica fabric, our quartz cloth reaches 99.95% minimum SiO₂ purity, making it the ideal structural and thermal insulation material for aerospace, military radome, high-frequency electronics and advanced composite manufacturing.
We supply full-specification quartz fiber cloth with customizable thickness, density and weaving styles. All products are strictly quality-inspected, stable in batch consistency, widely recognized for high-temperature resistance, electromagnetic wave transparency and electrical insulation performance.

Weaving Process & Product Performance

Our quartz fiber cloth is woven from high-purity continuous quartz filament yarns with precise loom control. Adopting standardized plain, twill and satin weaving structures, each fabric features uniform texture, stable density, no broken yarn, no floating thread and excellent surface flatness.

Plain weave offers balanced tension and stable structure for general insulation and wave-transparent composite parts. Twill weave provides better flexibility and bending resistance for curved surface molding. Satin weave delivers smoother surface, higher compactness and better wave permeability, ideal for high-precision radar and electronic grade components.

FAQs of Quartz Fiber

Q1: What is the purity grade of your quartz fiber cloth?

A: Our SJ108 series quartz fiber cloth features a ultra-high SiO₂ purity of ≥99.95% with extremely low impurity content. This high-purity formula ensures stable low dielectric performance, excellent high-temperature chemical inertness, and no aging or deformation in extreme working environments, which is far superior to ordinary high-silica fiberglass cloth.

Q2: Do you support customized quartz fiber cloth specifications?

A: Yes, full customization services are available. We can customize fabric width, thickness, warp/weft density, special weaving styles, and surface treatment according to customers’ application scenarios, technical drawings and performance requirements. Our technical team provides exclusive composite material solutions for aerospace, electronic and industrial projects.

Q3: How can I get free samples for quality and performance testing?

A: We offer free sample support for all standard SJ108 series quartz fiber cloth. After confirming your required model and technical parameters, we will finish sample preparation and delivery within 7 working days, allowing you to verify weaving texture, material quality, high-temperature resistance and wave permeability before bulk purchasing.

Q4: What is the maximum continuous working temperature of your quartz fabric?

A: Our quartz fiber cloth supports long-term continuous operation at 1050℃ to 1200℃, with a softening point up to 1700℃. It retains stable tensile strength and structural integrity under high-temperature and thermal shock conditions, delivering outstanding ablation and heat resistance for high-temperature industrial and aerospace applications.

Q5: What are the differences between plain, twill and satin weave quartz cloth?

A: Plain weave features balanced tension and stable structure, suitable for general insulation and conventional wave-transparent composite parts. Twill weave has better flexibility and bending resistance, ideal for curved surface lamination and molding. Satin weave provides ultra-smooth surface, higher compactness and minimal signal loss, perfect for high-precision radar and high-frequency electronic components.

Q6: What is your bulk order production and delivery lead time?

A: The standard delivery time is 2–3 weeks after order confirmation. For standard in-stock specifications, delivery can be arranged faster. The exact cycle is adjusted according to order quantity, customized requirements and production peak/off season. We have complete production lines and stable raw material inventory to ensure on-time delivery.
