Introduction for PVC Foam Core:

PVC Foam Core has good specific stiffness, specific strength. Compression,tensile, shear and bending strengths are excellent. PVC foam core also has good dimensional stability and easy to process, suitable for a variety of processes. It is an ideal core material for lightweight & high-strength composite sandwich structures.It provides excellent fatigue resistance, impact resistance and very low water absorption. Heat and sound insulation are also very good.

Package and Warehouse of PVC foam core:


PVC foam core will be packaged in wooden case and then in pallet.

We can package cargon with label for clients to recognize their products in different density and different thickness.

Packaging and Storage of PVC foam core:

  • Roll packaging: PE plastic film

  • Pallet packaging: Pallets should NOTbe stacked in more than 2 layers.

  • This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and rainproof place, with temperatures from 5℃to 35℃ and humidity between 35% and 65%. It is recommended to be kept in intact package when not used to avoid damp.
