In order to explore high durability solutions for large-span spatial structures in corrosive environments near the sea, and combined with the lifting process of roof zoning and block lifting, this project demonstrates the application of carbon fiber rods in typical areas, replacing high-strength steel rods with carbon fiber rods.

The carbon fiber pull rod is made of domestically produced 48K large bundle carbon fiber, with a single diameter exceeding 20mm for the first time. The measured breaking force exceeds 650kN, and the anchoring efficiency exceeds 95%. The pull rod adopts a new type of high-strength stainless steel anchor, which reduces the size by about 30% compared to traditional methods, while achieving integrated anti-corrosion of the rod body and anchor.
