Thermoformable Composite Panels For Land cruiser 300

The PP/fiberglass Twintex laminated board is one kind of Thermoformable Composite Panels

This panel/board is laminated by continuous fiberglass reinforced PP (polypropylene) sheet.Typical layups are 0°/90° and quasi-isotropic.

typical fiberglass content is 60% W/W.the thickness of the board from

1.5mm-20mm.

To improve the surface appearance,also we will laminate Twintex T PP 60 fabric or Tepex fabric on the surface layer to get a better looks.
